Haven't actually but anything here... but, because I found 70% off from Macy's on a bed and didn't have enough money for other stuff that I ended up regretfully getting from IKEA. This shop has a good price/quality balance, they have a lot of variety for different tastes and the staff is extremely courteous, much better that other furniture places. I would definitely recommend this place over the ones where I actually ended up buying :S
We returned to Value City Furniture after a few years and moves. Again, we had a great experience finding exactly what we wanted. Our sales representative, Florence, wasn't pushy and gave us time and space to look around. She checked up on us a few times as we walked around and she let us know a few details about some of the furniture we were considering. Our delivery date is in a few days, so hoping the overall experience continues to be positive.
Bought several pieces of furniture. Both Dewey (General Manager) and Sam (Sales) gave excellent customer service. Everything was explained well. They were very friendly, courteous, and highly professional. Furniture quality and prices were great. Highly recommend!

They do not pick up your old furniture. It would be very convenient if they would trade in your old furniture and offer to pick it and recycle it.
